Board certified by ABIM in Internal Medicine and in the subspecialty of Pulmonary Medicine.
Dr. Stewart earned his medical degree at the University of California–Davis School of Medicine in 1973. He then completed his internship (1974) and residency (1975) at Cedars-Sinai Medical
Center in Los Angeles, and then went back to UC-Davis to complete his fellowship in pulmonary medicine in 1978.
Dr. Stewart founded Pulmonary Associates, Inc. in 1978 and currently sees patients at our Wellness Way location, as well as inpatients primarily at Valley Hospital.
Board certified by ABIM in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, and sleep medicine disorders, Dr. Syed Akbarullah joined Pulmonary Associates, Inc. in 2001.
Dr. Akbarullah earned his medical degree at Gandhi Medical College/Osmania University in Hyderabad, India, in 1983. He then completed his internship in internal medicine at the Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, in 1990. In 1993, he completed his internal medicine residency at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois, and went on to three fellowships: pulmonary medicine and critical care at the Chicago Medical School, and sleep medicine at the University of Chicago.
Dr. Akbarullah serves as the Medical Director at the Southern Nevada Sleep Lab and is the program director for the Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship program at Valley Hospital. He is also a member of the American College of Chest Physicians.
He currently sees patients at our Seven Hills Drive office in Henderson and inpatients primarily at St. Rose Siena Hospital.
Board certified by AOA in internal medicine, critical care, and pulmonary medicine, Dr. Del Mundo joined Pulmonary Associates, Inc. in 2015 and sees inpatients primarily at North Vista Hospital.
Dr. Del Mundo earned his medical degree from the Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009. He then went on to complete his residency in internal medicine (2012) and his fellowship in pulmonary/critical care (2015) at the Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas.
Dr. Del Mundo serves as Medical Director at AMG Las Vegas and is the Pulmonary Director at TLC and Silver Ridge, and ICU Director at North Vista. He is on the clinical faculty at Touro University Nevada, and on faculty at Valley Hospital with Internal Medicine Residency, Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship.
Dr. Jerome Hruska is AOA board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care.
Dr. Hruska earned his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Touro University Nevada in 2010. He went on to residency training in internal medicine at Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas in 2011. He then completed his fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine in 2016 at the same location.
He is the Chief of Staff of Kindred Hospitals and is on the ethics committee at Valley Hospital.
Dr. Hruska joined Pulmonary Associates in 2016 and primarily sees inpatients at Mountain View Hospital, Kindred Flamingo, Kindred Sahara, and Centennial Hills.
Board certified by ABAI in allergy/immunology and by ABIM in internal medicine, Dr. Simhean Lee brings 18 years of experience to our allergy division.
Dr. Lee earned his medical degree from the Far Eastern University NRMF Medical Foundation in Manila, Philippines, in 1992. He then completed his residency in internal medicine at SUNY Buffalo in New York in 1998, and his fellowship in allergy/immunology at the University of Rochester in New York in 2000.
He is a member of The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, and a member of The American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.
Dr. Lee joined Pulmonary Associates, Inc. in 2017 and currently sees patients at our Cathedral Rock Drive location.
Board certified by ABIM in internal medicine and consults in pulmonary medicine, Dr. Joel Orevillo brings more than 17 years of experience to our practice.
Dr. Orevillo earned his medical degree from the De La Salle University College of Medicine in the Philippines in 1992. He then went on to complete his internship (1996) and residency (1998) in internal medicine at Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown, Ohio. He then completed fellowships at Allegheny General Hospital (in pulmonary disease) and at the University of Pittsburgh–Presbyterian Medical Center (in critical care medicine) in 2001.
He has practiced medicine at Pulmonary Associates since 2004 and currently sees patients at our Lake Mead and Cathedral Rock locations as well as inpatients at Summerlin Hospital.
Board certified by AOA in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care medicine, Dr. Jan Pring is a current member of the Nevada Osteopathic Medical Association and the American Osteopathic Association. He is Medical Director of Marquis Centennial Hills Skilled Nursing Facility.
Dr. Pring earned his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Touro University–California in 2007. He then completed his internship (2008) and residency (2010) at the Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas, and continued there to complete his fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine in 2013.
He is currently part of the clinical faculty with Valley Hospital Medical Center and Spring Valley Medical Center. Dr. Pring is also a Clinical Physician Instructor with Grand Canyon University Nurse Practitioner program.
He joined Pulmonary Associates, Inc. in 2013 and currently sees patients at our Cathedral Rock Drive location, as well as inpatients at Spring Valley Hospital.
Dr. Schneider is an AOA board-certified in internal medicine and pulmonary medicine. She earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida in 2013. She then completed her internship and residency (2016) at Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas and continued to complete her fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine in 2019.
She joined Pulmonary Associates, Inc. in 2019 as a pulmonary specialist and currently sees patients at our Cathedral Rock location in Las Vegas, NV, as well as inpatients at Spring Valley.

Dr. Singh earned his medical degree from the University Of Nevada School Of Medicine in 1985. He then completed his internship (1986) and residency (1988) at the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada, and then went on to complete his fellowship at the University of California–Irvine Medical Center in 1990.
He currently serves as an adjunct assistant professor in pulmonology and internal medicine at the Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Singh is a former Department Chief of Pulmonary Services at University Medical Center, and current Medical Director at Kindred Hospital, Vice Chief of Staff at PAM at Tenaya, and the Medical Director of Respiratory Therapy School, PIMA Medical Institute. He is a recognized provider by Workman’s Comp and Department of Labor for occupational lung diseases.
Dr. Singh joined Pulmonary Associates, Inc. in 1991 and currently sees patients at our Wellness Way location, as well as inpatients at University Medical Center.
Dr. Tsui is AOA board certified in internal, pulmonary medicine, and critical care medicine. He is the Pulmonary Director at Marquis Centennial Hills and College Park Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Pulmonary/Critical Care Director at Spring Valley Hospital.
He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine, Nevada Osteopathic Medical Association, and American College of Chest Physicians. Currently, he is also on the clinical faculty for Touro University, Valley GME program, and Grand Canyon University for Nurse Practitioners.
Dr. Tsui earned his medical degree from the Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, California, in 2008. He then completed his internship (2009) and residency (2011) at the Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas where he was Chief Resident in 2011 and remained there to complete his fellowship in pulmonology and critical care (2014).
He has been with Pulmonary Associates, Inc. since 2014 and sees inpatients primarily at Spring Valley Hospital.
